The photograph on the left shows a scrubbing plant, fabricated in stainless steel that was designed and built in-house. The complete plant was frame-mounted and fully tested in our works prior to being delivered to the customer's site.

As well as reactor and fermenter packages, we design and build unit processes for heat exchange, distillation, solvent recovery and a range of gas absorption systems. These range from completely manually operated units to fully automatic processes complete with PLC and SCADA controls.

Wherever possible and irrespective of the level of complexity, our policy is to ensure that each process plant is fully assembled and tested before it is delivered to site.
